	VPCA is a community association that provides swimming and recreational activities to its members. 2022 continued to present challenges due to the pandemic and maintenance issues. VPCA was open for the full swim season serving our over 500 families, using our reservation system for lap swimming and monitoring and following other COVID protocols. In 2021 we encountered a major sewage line problem. In 2022. the sewer line coming out of the Bath House was replaced as well a sump pump. Two ping pong tables were purchased for the Dance Hall. In 2022, extra maintenance work such as painting buildings, repairs the suction leak on main drain in Pump House and artificial turf repair was performed. A major pool replastering project was stated in 2022 and was completed in 2023.
