Explanation:

The organization was unaware of the e-filing requirement and re-submitted Form 990 by E-filing. However, when filing 2021 Form 990, it was discovered that this e-filed 2020 Form 990 was again rejected because 501 C 6 did NOT match up with IRS E-file database. Therefore, we are now resubmitting 2020 Form 990 using 501 C 4 and we will E-file 2021 Form 990 using 501 C 4. We will contact IRS to seek resolution to be able to file as 501 C 6 and get changed in IRS E-file database.
