PART X, LINE 2: Philabundance is a not-for-profit organization exempt from federal income taxes pursuant to the provisions of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code ('IRC") and from Pennsylvania state income taxes under applicable state law. Accordingly, no provision for federal or state income taxes has been recorded in the consolidated statements of activities and changes in net assets. F&S Chester, RE, Inc. is a taxable Pennsylvania corporation. Management has determined that there are no uncertain tax positions at Philabundance as of June 30, 2022. Philabundance has no income tax related penalties or interest for the periods reported in these consolidated financial statements.
