Explanation:

I mistakenly thought the filing date was the 18th. This is the first time I've filed for the association, and the previous treasurer was able to do it with the postcard method, which is I guess rather easy. I tried last Friday to file, but found out I needed an online service to do so, so I contacted the treasurer and he got back to me yesterday about it, and said finalized it through this service today. So I did, on Monday the 15th.
