National Charitable Donation Account. A separate account shall be maintained at Frisco, Texas by 18 March 2022, to manage the charitable donations from individual contributors for disbursement by NAMA to benefiting organizations. Both Colorado (existing Charitable Donation Account) and Texas bank accounts will be maintained till 18 March 2022, to allow for a smooth transition and accommodate a reasonable time for logistical steps associated with opening a new account and closing the Colorado account. These accounts will be separate from any NAMA operating account. The account will have two signatories, who are members of NAMA-EC. The account can be changed to other location by unanimous vote of the NAMA National Executive Committee. NAMA-EC members willing to raise funds for charitable causes should bring forth their proposed projects for approval and cannot disapprove other projects because they do not support it.
