Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Prior to the filing of Form 990, it is reviewed by TDC's Executive Committee and TDC's President for approval. The full board of directors is also provded a copy for review via email and at the general board meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Annually, TDC's 34 member Board of Directors are required to sign a conflict of interest policy.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	Compensation for staff is recommended by the President and presented to the Personnel Committee for review and approval. The Personnel Committee then presents its recommendation to the Executive Committee who has the final approval to set compensation for staff.
