Explanation:

Our Executive Director was unexpectedly ill in May when the filing was due. Security on the organization's computer system made it impossible for the Treasurer to access the files to file the taxes. Hard copies of the financial statements were not available. The organization will correct this issue by making sure the Treasurer has up-to-date security credentials and hard copies of year-end financials in the future.
