Pt III, Line 3 All activity was ceased, all liabilities paid and all assets transferred to the National organization, Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity Housing Corporation. The building, land and contents were transferred on 02/21/2023. The remaining cash available was transferred on 06/23/2023. Copies of the agreement between the parties, closing documents regarding the real property transfer and a copy of final check distribution is available upon request.
