    This return is being filed late due to the rejection by the Internal Revenue Service of the paper-filed return that was timely filed with the Internal Revenue Service in July of 2021. Once a notice was received by the taxpayer, a power of attorney was filed in order to clarify the casue of the rejection, and this electronic return was subsequently prepared.
