Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Association has a management contract with Stevens Clay P.S., an unrelated for-profit company. Kim Holland is an employee of Stevens Clay P.S. and provided services to the Association as Executive Director. The total contract amount paid to Stevens Clay P.S. during 2021-2022 FY was $102,000. This contract was terminated June 30, 2022. Darrell Heisler is an employee of HHR LLC and provided services to the Association as Executive Director beginning in July 2022. The total contract amount paid to HHR LLC during 2021-2022 FY was $11,667.
