What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We are a subdivision homeowner's association missioned to provide landscaping services the common grounds (entrance, gazebo, and cul-du-sacs) and snow removal services to the streets of the subdivision.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The association provided landscaping of the common grounds - spring, summer and fall, and Snow removal on the streets of the subdivision. We maintained and provided a directory of homeowners. We send out notices of interest and annual billing.
