What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The International Association of Lions Clubs, Multiple District 12 is a non-profit social welfare organization dedicated to the 5 primary causes of Lions International, namely Childhood Cancer, Vision, Environment, Hunger and Diabetes, especially their prevention and cure by volunteer Lions across the state of Tennessee.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
