Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 During 2022, the Organization officials monitored developments on the Northern Beltline project, including efforts at the federal level to provide funding for the Appalachian Development Highway System, and this project through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and federal appropriations for fiscal year 2023. The Organization also continued to research how a public private partnership might be utilized for the project.
