What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We are a labor organization that handles negotiating the terms of labor contracts, as well as handling the every day negotiations between our members and the company.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We are a labor organization of 195 members. Our purpose is to over see contract negotiations, disciplinary actions against members from their employer. Negotiate fair work practices as well as fair compensation and benefits.

Since we are a labor organization. I am employed by the company that provides the Union as a service to our members. I am a Full time employee for that company. In the last two months our company went through a complete restructure and I missed the deadline as a result of this restructure. My hours of work have gone from 40 hours per week to between 65 and 70 with very little time to complete some of the tasks required for the union.
