Pt VI, Line 7a	How Members Elect Governing Body - Annually, members in good standing of the Kingman/Golden Valley Association of REALTORS(R) are permitted to vote in an election for the Directors and Officers.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 Review Policy. The returns are made available for review to the Board for one week at the office prior to filing. The tax returns are then signed by the current year President and filed. The returns have been prepared based upon audited financial statements prepared by a Certified Public Accountant chosen by the Board of Directors.

These individuals must report any conflicts in writing.
