General explanation attachment	Part IFor tax year 2022 our club passes the 35% nonmember revenue requirement but fails the 15% percent test. Our club uses these nonmember funds to maintain the course, clubhouse, and pool. Our club continues to seek new members to both provide for our operating expenses and reduce our nonmember gross receipts ratio below 15%. Many of our members have donated their time, labor, and money to continue to provide the pleasure for individuals to play the golf course which was opened in 1923. At no time has any club earnings inure to the benefit of any private shareholder. Part IIPlease allow this entity to continue to provide important benefits to the people of our community by allowing the tax-exempt status to continue.
