Form 990, Part VI, Line 6 Classes of Members or Stockholders The Association shall have one class of membership Any person who has legaltitle of record to any lot or tract of land within the limits of theLeawood Homes Association district shall be eligible for membership in theassociation. Jointly owned lots or tracts are treated as being owned by asingle member. Each member is entitled to a maximum of one vote on anyissue brought before the membership. All members are entitled to servicesprovided to all homeowners. Those services include trash removal, treetrimming and preservation, and maintenance of traffic islands in the homesarea.
