Explanation:

We had originally sent in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 by mail. We were under the impression that all had to be mailed due to trying to get our non-profit status reinstated. We received the letter from the IRS postmarked on September 18th, 2023, stating that the 2022 needed to be electronically filed. We are now filing the 2022 990 EZ form electronically, and we will from here on out file this form on or before the due dates to avoid this issue in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
