	The chapter raises funds to support our foundation to award scholarships to graduating seniors in the Gwinnett County Public Schools as well as the Georgia Gwinnett College students. We also raise funds for donations to St. Judes Childrens' Hospital. We also partner with the foundation to provide backpacks and school supplies to students in Gwinnett county.

Explanation:

This is the first year that the organization has exceeded the gross receipts amounts that required completion of the Form 990 instead of the 990EZ. The structure of format on the long form required much more detail and research underlining meanings in the questions. The organization does not have any paid staff and all duties performed are strictly volunteer time. We requested an extension which was accepted, however the organization was in recess during the summer months while trying to answer questions and complete the electronic format. The electronic format was found to be difficult to navigate and often confusing as to certain data elements and schedule to complete.
