990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a IBEW Local Union 683 members elects its Business Manager and President who are automatically on the EICO LMCC Board of Trustees. The President then selects two other union members to serve with them on the Board of Trustees. Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. hires its Manager / Secreary who is automatically on the Board of Trustees. The members of the Columbus Division of the Central Ohio Chapter, Inc. elects a chairman who is on the Board of Trustees and he selects two other contractors members fo serve on the Board of Trustees. Thus the Board of Trustees consists of four union members representing labor and four contractors members representing management.
