This organization was new in FY2022 and it was therefore the first fiscal year. Multiple treasurers and executive committee members began or were replaced during this year. Guidance from advisors were no taxes needed to be filed. It was later found out and clarified that while taxes were not due to the IRS a form 990 did need to be filed. Within about 6 weeks of finding out about this need, the filing was complete. Although it was started within 24 hrs of finding out and verifying what was needed.
