28 A check for $43285.was presented to the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library which serves as the only library in Wahington County Texas with a population of 36,000 people. The money is used to purchase books material supplies equipment and computers as well as to provide programming such as a Summer Reading Program for children and teens. The library is highly utilized.
