Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Businesses and individuals interested in the economic development of the area are welcome to join. Annual dues are required, members can voice concerns and opinions at monthly meetings. Board members are nominated annually and voted on at the annual meeting by members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Treasurer and the Chairman review the return and submit. The return is then discussed at the Executive Committee Meeting which meets monthly.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation is determined annually by the Board of Directors based on current economic and prevailing salaries among other development corporations. Individuals receiving compensation are receiving Form 1099.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All documents are on file at the FEDC office and are available during normal business hours with an appointment.
