DUE TO THE COVID IMPACT THE ORGANIZATION WAS NOT ABLE TO MEET ON A REGULAR BASIS OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS AND THERE HAVE BEEN MANY CHANGES IN THE MEMBERSHIP WHICH HAVE RESULTED IN NEW OFFICERS WHICH DID NOT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORGANIZATION.
