Affiliate membership is open to Class II and Class III railroads and business entities that provide services, equipment and supplies essential to the construction, operation and maintenance of a railroad. *Members are approved by the Board. *The Board of Directors shall be composed of: (a) designated representative from each of the Class I railroads; (b) designated representative of the Texas Shortline and Regional Railroad Association (TSLRRA)and; (c) an Affiliate members representative as selected by the Affiliate members in a manner agreed to by said Affiliate members. *The President of the Association must be a Primary member.
