The data and analysis is provided to the Committee. Records of the process and the resulting determination are kept within the Committee meeting minutes.Q15b. Taxpayer uses comparable compensation data to benchmark other officers and key employees of the organization. An independent compensation analysis firm is utilized to routinely review and compare our established, board-approved compensation program with comparable organizations of similar size and geographic region. The President & CEO has the final authority on other officers and key employees compensation. Records of the process and the resulting determination are kept within the Committee meeting minutes. |

| Balance Sheet - Other Assets Explanation | Included in Other Assets on the Balance Sheet is a $1.9 million investment in Surescripts,LLC. One aspect of Surescripts' business is transmission of electronic prescriptions. Taxpayer made an investment in Surescripts to help it initially get started. Taxpayer owns approximately 25% of Surescripts, but does not exercise significant control over Surescripts operations. The investment is shown at original cost, less a valuation allowance. |

David M. Fitzsimmons spent approximately 2 hrs per week on NACDS Foundation administration. Steven C. Anderson spent approximately one hour per week overseeing Foundation activities as Chairman of the NACDS Foundation. |
