	The Organization provides housing for approximately 48 members of a fraternity while they attend the University of Delaware. The Organization also provides meals and a meeting place for all members of which there are approximately 170 in the fall semester, 240 in the spring semester. The experience of living together, sharing meals and having a central meeting location promotes bonds between members and encourages social interaction

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Members of said Corporation shall limited to those persons who shall meet all of the following qualifications:a.She shall be a member in good standing with the Fraternity;b.She shall have attained the age of majority under the laws in the State of Delaware.c.She shall have paid her house/chapter bond in full to her collegiate chapter and shall not be in default in any other payments to the Corporation or the Fraternity; andd.She shall have personally notified the secretary of the Corporation, in writing, of her desire to become a member and have furnished to the secretary a personal mailing address.At the option of the Corporation Board of Directors, other interested persons may be invited to membership or may serve in an advisory role.
