Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Institute and has concluded that as of December 31, 2022 and 2021, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require the recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The Institute recognizes accrued interest and penalties associated with uncertain tax provisions, if any. There were no income tax-related interest and penalties recorded for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021.
