Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Annually a conflict of interest policy confirmation is required of the organization's Executive Board Members and the employees responsible for every department. The organization uses an outside company for anonymous reporting of potential ethics violations. A report of the violations is shared with Internal Audit and National Legal Counsel for thorough research, review and resolution. The report, issue, and resolution are presented to the Audit Committee for review.
