Pt VI, Line 12c	Board requires members to disclose potential conflicts of interest.
Pt VI, Line 6	The Organization has voting and non-voting members. Only voting members participate in the governance of the organization. Voting members shall possess board approved national certification in athletic training or state licensure in athletic training. Those who have possessed national certification or state licensure and retire may be voting members if they meet the qualifications set by the board. The board may establish policies creating sub-sets of the voting members.
