Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Financial Statements are reviewed by the Audit Committee which consists of 3 members who are not Trustees and appointed by the Noble Grand. After their review the members must sign that they have reviewed the Financial Statements and found not discrepancies. After the Form 990 is prepared the Form 990 is made available to the Audit Committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Each Trustee and Officer is required to sign a Conflict of Interest Statement which is kept in the annual Financial Statement log. All invoices are presented to the members during the meeting for their review and are voted on at the meeting. Any questions regarding the invoices must be answered to the satisfaction of the members present and must be approved by vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Officer's compensation is stated in the Bylaws of Walker Lodge #306 and has not exceeded $8,400 for the last 10 years. No officer may receive compensation for more than one office. A list of salaries paid and appears on Page 7 of Form 990 for Fiscal Year 2023.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Copies of Form 990, as long as they are reasonable will be provided upon request as well as Conflict of Interest Policy or Financial Statements.
