Explanation:

The Form 990 and Form 990T were both more complicated to complete than anticipated. Athough both forms are filed separately, they are related and the Form 990T entries relate to entries on Form 990. The organization is run mostly by volunteers and at times it is difficult to get complete details on activities. In orer to file complete andfinal returns, it was not possible to file the returns by due date. For the above reasons, it is respectfully requested that no late filing penalty be assessed.
