No such real estate, however, shall be transferred, exchanged, encumbered, or in any other way alienated in such manner that it fails to meet the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and the regulation issued thereunder for a corporation qualifying as an exempt organization under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of said code and regulations as they now exist or may hereafter be amended. |
