Return Reference	Explanation
Part X, Line 2:	The Corporation is exempt from federal income taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(12). Pursuant to the Georgia Electric Cooperative Act, the Corporation is also exempt from state income taxes. Management has evaluated the Corporation's tax positions and concluded that the Corporation had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements.
