This is our first time submitting the 990-PF file; we didn't know it was supposed to be submitted electronically so we filled in the paper form and mailed it to the IRS. We received a return letter today letter number LTR2697C from the IRS asking us to resubmit it electrically. We apologize for not submitting it correctly the first time; we are a small non-profit organization and we do not have the funds to hire a professional accountant or tax lawyer.
