    As the COVID-19 pandemic broke out the officer responsible for our books ended up in his Michigan residence with some of the records needed to close out year 2020 book located in his Washington DC residence. As the pandemic dragged on he was unable to return to DC for over a year delaying our ability to close out the books and hence to complete year 2020 and 2021 filings in a timely manner. We have since moved all records into cloud-based storage to prevent such incidents in the future.
