REFERENCE: 0422697269. A 990-EZ paper Return was filed with the IRS on Nov 12, 2022. On Jan 23, 2023 we were notified by the IRS that a paper return was not acceptable and that we are to resubmit our form electronically, which we are now doing. When we downloaded the 990-EZ from the IRS, we did not see any notice that a "paper filing" was no longer acceptable and so we filed our form as we have been doing for many years. We are therefore respectfully requesting that there be no penalty levied for this late "electronic" filing. We thank you for your consideration.
