Explanation:

The Lodge has received Multiple rejections of 2019-2021 form 990 Returns because the reported Box I tax exempt status did not agree with the IRS computer record. 501(c) 10 was correct but rejected. Documentation proving 501(c) 10 was correct was provided in Jun 2022. The 2020 form 990 was filed in paper format and is currently under review at the IRS. The 2021 form was filed in paper form because earlier electronic efforts were rejected. The IRS has since posted the 2019 form 990 on the Public Access site. The Lodge accepts this is as indication the IRS now accepts that tax payer 93-0306840 is correctly recognized as a 501(c) 10. Unfortunately the IRS has not corrected the filling status of the Lodge and persists in rejecting electronic filings when the filing status is other than 501(c)8. If the IRS continues to reject the correct filling status then it is not possible to file on time. therefore this repot will be filled under the incorrect filing status of 501(c) 8.
