Explanation:

I apologize for not filing in a timely manner. There have been many setbacks issues and delays due to COVID still present in the workplace with sickness teleworking. I was not aware that the 990 had to be e-filed for this tax season. Again I do apologize for not filing on time please accept this 990ez form and rest assured this will not happen again.
