Explanation:

With all do respect. I misunderstood the new law. I was under the understanding. That we had 1 more year to file the 990EZ by paper. I understand now That was a false understanding. At this time February 2,2023. I am in the process of filing it electronically. Please remove any and all penalties that may have occurred and any future penalties. We would greatly appreciate it.
