Explanation:

Oak Grove Cemetery is a community cemetery and the board serves as volunteers. The original paper copy of the return was sent in to the IRS in the normal time frame for the 2021 tax season. The return was returned to the board but was not received until after the deadline stated in the letter from the IRS. We humbly request that all penalties fees be excused.
