What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Provide services which benefit all the residents of the homeowners association (HOA). These services include providng and maintaining the street lights, mantaining the landscape in the common areas and entrances within the subdivision, as well as maintaining additonal easement areas outside the subdivision. Maintain an informational website for homeowners to view the events of the association, provide a yearly directory of the families in the association to each homeowner, and annually provide for an association picnic.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Represented the homeowners during negotiations regarding the use of undeveloped land within our subdivision. This included property research, meetings with the association attorney and meetings with the homeowners.
