Explanation:
Finance Officer, George Whiting had a stroke. Recovery has been slow and difficult. Whiting has not been able to perform duties as Finance Officer since having the stroke. He is now home bound. George communicated to the Commander that he did not recall filing the 990EZ or the 8868 automatic extension. Commander filed the 8868 and the 990EZ after gaining access to the finances and a copy of prior year 990EZ.
