Explanation:

We have been trying to file our 2021 990-EZ for almost a year; last year we completed the steps to re-establish our tax exempt status, which was granted as a 50c(7). In the time since, we've had to correct our mailing address from an old address, and call in to have the e-file database re-synchronized with our current tax exempt status. The prior board of our HOA organization had let the tax exempt status lapse by not filing correctly for 3 consecutive years, and we've worked diligently to restore it.
