I filed the 990-EZ on November 21, 2022 with paper form it was received by the IRS on December 13, 2022. The form 990EZ was returned to our post Letter Number: LTR2695C and was informed that we needed to file this form on-line. I do not think that we should have to pay any late charges regarding this matter as I was not informed of the changes prior to this filing. Any help that you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
