| Form 990, Header, Line I | The Lodge has received Multiple rejections of 2019-2021 form 990 Returns because the reported Box I tax exempt status did not agree with the IRS computer record. 501(c) 10 is correct but rejected. Documentation proving 501(c) 10 has previously been submitted to the IRS in Jun 2022. The. IRS has since posted the 2019 Form 990 on the Public Access site which reports the filing status as 501C 1(10). The Lodge accepts this is as indication the IRS now accepts that tax payer 93-0306840 is correctly recognized as a 501c(10). This problem only became apparent when we were required to file electronically. |
