What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The United SS Council, Local 1211, is a nonprofit organization created to improve the status of classified personnel by negotiating to improve benefits and protect personal, civil and professional rights; and working to better a professional relationship between admin, Teachers, parents, students and community to the benefit of all.
