THE INDIVIDUALIZED, PHONICS- BASED INSTRUCTION USES A LEVELED CURRICULUM TO ADVANCE READING SKILL IMPROVEMENT OF AN AVERAGE OF AT LEAST ONE READING LEVEL IN JUST 30 SESSIONS.
