Part VI, Line 12c	Seeking bids on any contracts to independent contractors. Screening any potential employees for a financial or personal relationship with any officer with authority over their employment.
Part VI, Line 15	The organization does not have a CEO Executive Director or top management official. Management of the organization is performed by the Elected officers of the organization. The Elected officers are volunteers and do not receive compansation with the exception of the Secretary who is paid an amount set amount per member which is set in the by-laws of the organization. Changes to the by-laws must be approved by the membership and the Grand Aerie.
Part VI, Line 19	The documents are kept in the Secretaries office at the address of the organization and are available to the public upon request.
Part VII, Line 1a	\| Explanation:\| All officers and trustees are volunteers and receive no compensation with the exception of the Secretary who receives $.85 per member per month. During the 1st half of the fiscal year she deferred her salary to allow the club to rebuild its financial resources and collected the majority of her salary during the last half of the fiscal year. None of the officers or trustees receive any income from any related organizations.
