THE ORGANIZATION, ALREADY BESET BY THE PANDEMIC DUE TO COVID-19, HAS UNDERGONE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN ITS PERSONNEL PROVIDING FINANCIAL SERVICES, INCLUDING A DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING TRANSITION TO A NEW BOOKKEEPING SOFTWARE PROGRAM, THUS RESULTING IN THE LATE FILING OF THIS RETURN. THE ORGANIZATION HAS HERETOFORE COMPLIED WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR TIMELY FILING OF ALL ITS TAX RETURNS AND EXPECTS TO RETURN TO DOING SO WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES NOW HAVING BEEN STABILIZED.
